2. Free Trial

We provide a 30-day free trial for all new accounts. No credit card is required to start the trial, and it provides full access to the platform.

3. Billing

After the trial period, a paid plan is required to continue using the service. Paystack processes all payments in advance.

4. No Refunds

We maintain a strictly no refunds policy once a payment has been processed. This policy applies to unused subscription time, forgotten cancellations, or inactivity. The 30-day free trial serves to ensure the product meets your needs before any payment is made.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time within your billing settings. Future billing will stop immediately, and you will retain access until the end of the current paid period.
