By using uStock, you agree to these Terms of Service, which form a legally binding agreement with TeamThink Solutions.
2. Description of Service
uStock is a cloud-based inventory and sales management platform designed specifically for small and medium-sized manufacturing businesses.
3. Accounts & Security
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your account information and maintaining the security of your credentials. Please report any suspected unauthorized access to us immediately.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use uStock for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that interferes with the platform's operation or other users' experience.
5. Subscription & Trials
uStock follows a SaaS model. We offer a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. Subsequent billing is processed recurringly via Paystack.
6. Availability
While we strive for maximum uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We will provide reasonable notice for any scheduled maintenance.
7. Limitation of Liability
TeamThink Solutions is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Use of uStock is at your own risk.
